A confirmation message appears when it is submitted successfully.

After submitting the form, you must upload four documents: a biometric photo, a passport copy, a diploma copy, and a transcript. The biometric photo accepts image files (JPG, PNG, WEBP, and similar) or PDF. The other documents accept images or common document formats. Each file must be 5 MB or smaller. All four uploads are required before you can submit your application.
